Click on Not A Member? 
Pick a User Name and Email address IMPORTANT: Choose your User Name carefully, you will not be able to change it! (If you ever wanted a new user name you would have to register again using a different email address.) If you have a long-standing profile with a contact site, it is probably a good idea to use the same name. Pick an Email address IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT CONTAINS YOUR FULL NAME. 
Click Create New Account You will be sent instructions by email. 
Open the email and click on the one-time link. 
You will be asked to enter a password (twice)  You're in! Now you have to edit your account to add information. You will see your own user name in the top right corner of the page in red. 
Click this to go to your account. Then click Edit 
Scroll down a little until you see Photos - Add a new file. Click Browse and upload a photo. 
When the picture is sucessfully uploaded you will see the thumbnail under File information. You can add a description if you like. You can upload a total of 10 images. 
Scroll down a little further and select your Role 
Fill out the remaining fields with your details. 
Under About Me describe yourself in greater detail. (You can copy and paste from an existing profile) 
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Save If you don't SAVE then all your changes will be lost!!! 
Return to the top of the page and click View 
Your profile displays the information you added and a thumbnail link to the photo you uploaded is displayed under your profile name.
